Refund policy

At Hope and Light our desire is that you would be happy and feel a sense of fulfilment each time you shop with us. The women who make this jewellery have taken great care to hand make each item especially for you. Occasionally though, we understand you may want to return your purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase then you can return your item within 14 days of receiving your order. It is important to note that for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings, with the exception of faulty items. Please contact us within the 14 day period at info@hopeandlightshop.com for further instructions on how to return your item.

If an item is faulty, please contact us at info@hopeandlightshop.com, and we will gladly replace your faulty item, provide credit on your account to the same value, or allocate a full refund (excludes any delivery charges). Tarnishing or discolouration due to chemical contact is not a fault - please see our Product Care instructions.

In the case that your item is accidentally damaged, please contact us and we can discuss possible options for repair. However, any damage incurred by the customer from misuse cannot be repaired. This includes damage caused by perfumes, bleaching, heat exposure and general wear and tear. Any lost items cannot be replaced or refunded.

We strongly recommend using a tracked service for returns as we cannot refund or exchange items that do not reach us safely. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not refund international custom taxes and sales charges.
